Razer Promotion Issues

Considering it's done by Razer and not DO ...

 

They want a comms ID what is that. I have no idea what it is????

darth if you payed attention it is not letting ppl log into the comms system. And as for me once installed i tried to log into it but it failed. I am the only user and the only admin on my box! i run no av software or firewalls. I dont need them. The most vital step to this is going to email provided in set up and clicking the activation link. If you do not do this you account is not active and you can not log back into the razor link in forums.

Sure i get your point as it a scratch back idea. But this should have had all the kinks worked out before the launch. Also 1/2 of there programs they offer is worthless in the game. There booster is junk and cant link to game. the screem capture dont work in browser based games. The record feature also dont work.

In my view this is just something a company is using to try to push into teamspeak area. And if they would offer a better program with cheaper rates this could be done. but by pushing its program like they are is just plain dumb

 

no work , " installation cannot continue because you are not connected to internet ". something wrong. i have 25mb internet is connected.

 

I have no issues with it at all. nor have my friends. Try uninstalling it then re installing it.

 

Same here didn't work and was a waste of time. Not worth even trying.

Absolute con, don't work no matter what you do, and now even if it does I will never ever be using Razor anything pointless and very deceptive

 

Worked fine for me and hundreds of others. I find that following the instructions and not trying to cut corners makes the process quite painless.

When you have that issue, when you attempt to install it again, there should be something on the first page of the razer install window that asks you show on desktop or some crap like that, un-check it and that should fix your issue. That or your computer isn't compatible :l.

After hours of fiddling with this I finely got the voucher code. Now what? Where is the place to use it. I have spent several hours going here, there and back again. This is almost not worth the time. Where do you use this code at?

 

On your uridium page theres a tab that says vouchers

It'll take you straight to the voucher entry page.

 

I did everything but when I redeem it it says: Error: Campagne not found.

Depends on the time zone.
For us in Europe it's finished, so if the Razer event is going off a time frame set by BigPoint then it's most likely in CEST so has finished on the Razer website.
