HITAC ISSUES

This event sucks. It's such a shame that a good event is ruined because of little things.
Firstly; the lag is immense. I jump through port to lag out for 10-20 secs in the meantime, a noob on the otherside steals my almost destroyed hitac minion...

Secondly; even whilst fighting the hitac, there's so much lag. everything just freezes.. and it's not an issue with my PC. I seldom lag even during cc.

Thirdly; destroyed a hitac minion, attempted to collect the cargo for the letter. but wait, it says cargo is already full. Your kidding me right. 4160 space in my aegis minus 5 cargo due to palladium. so 4155 s[ace and it says it's full!?! Sort it out

Forthly; Can't really complain about this as it is a pvp game but, can't this event be changed slightly. Idiots appear and pop players off hitac, steal their rewards etc...
can't it be that hitac stays in a company's sector e.g 2-3 --> 2-2 --> 2-4 --> 2-3 etc, just to avoid this slightly.

Sorry to say but this event could be better but it's ruined because of these little things.

 

Yes it could be better but for now I need some kills so cant wait for it to roll thru VRU lol.

 

But nobody force you to participate on this action. Yes, you're right, there is too much people in too small space and game could lag sometimes. And as you said, DO is pvp game where stronger players kill 'the weak ones'. And DO is (like real life) unfair game, faster and luckier people always win, but there's no reason for driving mad, it's only game

 

its just the game sera its weighted towards the paying customers , free players aka average players dont have a chance . Its no wonder the games near dead everyones just waiting till all the new space games come online this year.

 

Maybe, but my first 3 points apply to all. I can guarantee over 90% of the players will agree with me on lag. I bet p2p players get frustrated when a noob 'steals' their hitac after the port jump. I really can't understand why it said my cargo was full, either they're doing this on purpose to vex f2p players like me or it's a bug which they've YET to resolve.

 

1 ya computer aint any good 2 hitacs don't drop crago asin rocks its ammo so u have the max ammo that your ship cant hold its called hitac 2.0 for a reason cos of the updates to the event its a pvp game get over it

 

no lag .never .I have a costume build gaming pc( 4 months old ) .. never lag . my other laptop (3 y/o) never lags . I have an older 5 y/o pc . that one sometimes lag .but that wasn't made to play games on . and also my 6month old laptop never lags .. 2 . its ammo .it doesn't drop promerium duranium etc / 3 its a pvp game and I play this game so I can fight against others // so what do u expect to happen ?

 

Ok you're not understanding what i'm saying.
Lag aside, i'm not thick, i know it doesn't drop prom/duranium etc and i had 4155 free cargo space (meaning my cargo wasn't full), yet when i try to collect the blue fuzzz box that it dropped, it said, can't collect, cargo full.
And i did mention the fourth issue isn't much of a problem, it was just a suggestion.

 

ohh so it didn't let u collect the box that gives u the letters etc .. send that to support .or just get rid of the stuff in ur cargo

 

omega your funny i have a state of the art custome box and i get lag when shooting the hitac. My fps will even stay right where they should be. Sure say im over heating and i will tell you nope i use a propaine cpu super cooler for overclocking. Cant say its my graphic card because i use nvidia gforce gtx 690. So what could it be ? make me laugh.

 

to bad I don't lag maybe its ur internet connection idk I have the same graphic card as you . intel i7 4770 k 16 gb or ram .water cooled samsung ssd etc that's just some of the basic stuff I have on my pc .and I never lag not even on my 3 y/o laptop / so idk why u lag but I don't.., it also depends on the server u play on . and ur isp provider. also I never said people don't lag or that most don't lag I said that I don't lag .

No idea what you're saying.

It all boils down to me failing to screenshot it when the bug happened. Support can't do anything about it...
