Cannot get back on correct server.

Hi, today around 3-3:30pm i tried switching servers to Germany to see if there was a Mega today. During so it kicked me from the server and I am unable to log back in due to it Trying to connect me to the German server instead of the us east1 server. Please can someone help.When i say logging in I do mean it's not connecting me to the back page. http://de1.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHome&loginError=calmDown This the link it show when it should have the us1 in front of it.
P.s I've tried it all, cleared cache,cookies.

 

You're gonna have to write support about this so they can look into it.

 

I cannot write support because i do not have my user Id on hand.

 

Just write them from another account and answer any questions they ask to make sure the account is your's, write them with your server and username ( not log-in username), it seems your account banned for some reason, only support can help you.

 

It's not banned. The first email i got from them said it wasn't banned, they told me to use the globe at the top left on the backpage. -_- But since i cannot even log into the back for germany i cannot do so.

 

well there is nothing they can do in forums.

 

=calmDown means that your de1 account is banned, speak with support if they will reply and they will move you to your main server.

 

It has to be banned because like the previous post say calmdown mean's your banned lol.

 

you people keep saying that, yet i have had the calm down and was not banned, was an error in the webpage, others have had it and also not banned.

 

Error, how could it be an error, you only get it if your banned, you write support about it and if they said it was an error then you were accidently banned so ''error banned''.

 

No the page gets errors, i have gotten it numerous times, it's just an error, others have gotten and written support cause they couldn't get in, it was just an error. It's not a ban noobs, get your damn facts straight, don't know how many times i have to argue with you noobs on it. To some it could be a ban, but it is not a 100% fact, i simply close browser clear cache and im back in.

This isn't an opinion based thing.... It's based on facts, not opinions. If i and multiple others have gotten it but are not, or were not banned, this is not a 100% ban error.

Could you please give this a try:

Log out of the game... go to
your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) - Please humor me!

delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
