One of my ALT Accounts apperently banned...?

About a month or two ago when I decided to become active in the game again, I noticed I couldn't hop on my other ship "L♦V♦L♦2♦3/redbrick" on USA East Coast 3. I contacted support as soon as I can, but I noticed they never replied up to this day(which I contacted them 48 hours ago and still no response).

I asked for a CM in chat, but you know those guys and their beloved ENVY clan in East 3, they just ignored me and continued to do so, avoiding any questions or comments I leave for them in chat without a trace of respect towards me nor the other chat members.

When I contacted support, as I've stated before nobody replied, and I was beginning to think, 'Did they blacklist me? Do they choose to ignore me for being in a clan they hate so much? Did they change the support email?'(yes, there are CMs in USA East 3 who are in ENVY that 'help them out' avoiding bans from using cheats'. Just wanted to note that).

Can a moderator here explain this? I so very need this ALT account so I can develop more ammo for my main ship, open gates, etc without going inactive or without waiting so long for so little, but to hop on that ship and fly without worries while I wait for Seprom on my main, and such and such.

As you may/may not know, I'm also in East 3. I might have seen you in chat sometime.

About your issue, nothing can be done from the forums, as Mods will tell you. They will also explain to you what you need, but I doubt it'll help. Most likely, you have been offline for a long enough time and they did something to that Alt of yours, as I think they will block/delete accounts that have been inactive for a specified period of time.

 

It's not been that inactive where the account has to be suspended.

And yeah, that's me in the chat time to time.

 

How long it was inactive? I think the time limit is about 1-2 years of inactivity

 

Well let me point out that pointing fingers first at a clan and second at a group of players in that clan and telling everyone that they are mods will only lead to a ban on the fourms but you probably already know that and second posting here will do you no good.

I will be happy to give you the information that I am permitted to give here on forums.

But first I want to address a few comments you have made.

Accusations of this nature are not acceptable towards anyone in the gaming environment. As for being avoided or ignored because you feel the moderators staff are playing favorites is not the case.

#1 chat moderators cannot access your account information - nor can they tell you what is wrong with a particular aspect of your account. Therefore there is no way a chat moderator could have assisted you, short of sending you to support.

#2. moderators are not immune to the bot detection system. That system does not differentiate players from moderators. Also moderators who are caught in that system are removed from the voluntary staff. So that accusation is based on assumption and possible dislike, but not fact.

#3 Support has thousands of items to respond to on a daily basis, they are not merely serving the US3 East server. So there are occasions where as the response time does take longer than the players would like. But they do get answered.

As for your account, It is not gone... merely inactive, and that is not something that was done by any member of the moderator staff. This happens when players go an extended amount time without accessing the account. You will need to contact support and request further assistance.

Day 3 and still no response. And the account was not deleted/inactive for not logging in, I can assure you. I've logged on weekly on BOTH of my accounts, and only one managed to survive. I also took the liberty to remind myself that I had a 3rd account that has not logged on in a 2 month period, and it's still up-and-running as usual.

That's why I am asking if it was >>>BANNED<<<, not a free history lesson saying there's no favorism in USA East 3 or how inactive I am(and I can assure you there is, but the topic is not on this).

 

If you have a ticket number I can attempt to contact someone to look in to your matter.

However I have looked at the account and it is inactive. This is the issue.

My best suggestion for you is, if you still have that ticket respond back to it using the reply feature.

Add the following information:
Ship name:
User ID
Server
registered email address

as request their assistance in locating an account that you would like to resume playing.

Please give this a try and see what happens. You should get a response.
