    I am sick of getting the same message twenty times over from support. Everytime i deliver an issue I have had or something of the sort, the response is always clear your cache and cookies. Well I've done that millions of times over and I still experience the issues. And I use my software cleaning programs to delete all unused memory dumps and such, and yet still get issues. Is there anything else I can do to fix issues such as blanking out screens or the screen freezing?

    What's your computer specs like? This game can be pretty intensive because of the nature of it being a browser game, for all the best will in the world, support can't change that.
    Clear your cache is literally the best thing they have to go with, I'm sure much more people would complain if they were told to go and spend money on a new computer instead.

    My computer is an windows intel i5. With 4 gb of ram and 15 in screen (Samsung)

    I am experiencing this on explorer, and to add to that I do also have an issue with that for Firefox and chrome. Whenever I run the game on either of those two my back page is fine, but then when I play on the game page the zoom is stuck at like 100% and I can't zoom out to make it look normal. How do I fix this as well?

    Do you know what type of i5 by any chance, and do you have a dedicated graphics card?

    Can you take a picture of the zoomed in at 100% gamepage not too sure what you mean. There are no zoom in and out options now.

    I will look up my graphics card specs, and as for the picture I will post that as well. May be a few minutes.
     
  7. As i got the same problem, The best thing i can do is uninstall the website then install again...
    If its fixed, your welcome, if it nots fixed then idk.

    Nevermind, I managed to fix my issues. If any administrators are on you may close the thread. Thank you for the help.
     
  9. What was the fix? Perhaps a few words to describe what you did, would help someone else having this issue with your similar set up in the future.

    I deleted the browser and re-installed it
