Hades Gate Re-Do

I have attempted hade gate three times before. I have failed everytime because I die due to lag issues (see my previously posted thread). I still would like to have the chance to complete it, but everytime I ask DarkOrbit support they deny me the re try because I have already had it refunded that month or I haven't requested in 14 days. 1 months to 14 days isn't fitting, because after the 14 days the month still isn't over so I can't get it refunded. So according to their rules I can never get it refunded again. I have been messaging them and still have gotten denied. Is it at all possible that I can be given another try because I unfairly lost due to the amount of lag the gate causes?

 

You are allowed 1 free refund per month. I don't know where the 14 days is coming from, but 1 free refund a month is given by support if you ask. It is possible that they made it so that there has to be a 14 day gap between each request, for example, you can't request a new gate on May 31st, then again on June 1st.

 

Yes it was the 14 day gap. I was just confused as to why they keep denying me but I will ask again.

 

Is it an issue that when I last did it was in February or March? Will they still reset it or is that too far in the past for them to do that?

i lost first alpha due to lag and they return it, 20 days after i lost beta and they told me that i have got alpha alredy and they cant hellp me. so i send month afer they told me same thing, and then 2 month after they give it

 

u get 1 free gate a month as stated but u have to ask for a reset within 24 hours

Currently the Dark Orbit support team in offering players the opportunity to have 1 free gate reset every 30 day. However you must request that gate reset within 24-48 hours of the actual loss of the gate.

Example: You loss your Hades gate on May 01, 2014... You contact support on May 15th 2014 and request the gate reset. You will be denied a gate reset because it should have been requested between May 01- and May 03.

The time limited was set so that people would not ask for gates reset that they previously failed weeks, month even years earlier.
