Mini Map Lag

My mini map is staying greyed out an unusable for a good 10-20 seconds every time I jump. Please don't give me the nonsense about my cache, browser, or flashplayer. Everything is up to date and cleared. Problem persists for days now. I just jumped into 4-4 and it stayed permanently greyed out. Had to quit game and restart the computer to get it to work.

Ur pc ram? processor? Video card? Tryed reinstal windows?

 

You're flash sounds like it's crap.

 

What are you useing as a browser firefox opera explorer chrome and so on? Just curious who else is haveing this problem and what browser they are useing.

 

This has been a complaint from several players within the game, there are a variety of reason this could be occurring. One of which is the large amount of added graphic for the special events.

It could also be:

1. Web Browser is not up to date
2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
3. Cache needs to be empty
4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
5. Distance from server
6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
8. Programs Running in the Background
9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
11. Possible server problem.

These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.
