Skylab 45 minutes skip is not working

Hi, since 3-5 days ago the problem started, after I watch the video I don't get redeem, this used to happen before but even if redeem did not appear I used to get the 45 minutes skip ( usually thanks for watching the video appears at the end ).
Now from the 4 videos I watch, I only get the reward once or twice ...

 

I've had this happen periodically as well...Sometimes it works perfect, sometimes it goes on a spell where it only works 50% of the time...Whether or not it works seems to be sporatic and random ....

 

It doesn't work for 3 days for me. Even the commercial dosn't show up. Only small window with black background and nothing written in it. :/

 

Well, today no commercial is showing up at all .. small window with black background :/

 

Unfortunately due to the fact that the videos are provided by outside vendors. Their availability is not something that we can control.

Same here, when I click Skip 45 Min, it opens a black window with no video Add on it, and it wastes a Skip "Ticket"

 

u might have to pause adblock

 

I always did, still doesnt work, its like "theres no add to watch"

 

Thanks for the replay, but if there are no ads there, you can't click on "OK" to start watching the video from the beginning, so I guess you are referring to another problem.
Plus, sometimes AFTER I watch the ad I don't get the reward .. is that also something you can't control ? :/

 

Hi, This system is provided for us by the same people who run the "cash for action" promotions and as such we are not in control of them, we only pay the rewards when they inform us that the conditions have been met (frustrating I know but out of our hands).
In regards to the ad videos not opening, that is most likely a flash player or adblock issue, if you turn adblock off and it still occurs then I would suggest that you try a different browser and see if it still fails. I often find that they dont always work in Chrome but they nearly always work in IE or Firefox.

No they dont I Have removed all ad blocking on all browser's and it still wont work.

 

I would ask, have you done the recent adobe flash player update. As this may be part of the reason you are receiving a black screen.

Also have you attempted this in a different web browser?

I have got a problem with skylab videos. I haven't videos in the skylab but pictures. And when I click on the icon shorten about 45 minutes so there are pictures. So when is it problem?

Can i ask if the reported issues are still being experienced? However please understand as already stated in this thread, that due to the videos being provided by outside vendors we have very limited control over issues associated to this game feature.
