Vanished ship

Hello, ID 84047583 here-
I just purchased a ship, which was my third but I have two hangar halls.
I sold one of the existing ships and then expected the new ship to be available as an option-instead it has disappeared. The hangar hall is showing `no available ships`-(removed)?
I mean, if the ship disappears unless you have a hangar but you get no warning or block about spending the resources, that`s kinda crap sorry.

 

click hanger then on the right you will see your unallocated ships there move the 1 you want to front and select allocate. make sure you are also on the hanger you want the ship to be in!! good luck

If the ship is not available to allocate to your hanger, please could you let us know what ship you bought and when, with a copy of the log if possible

 

It was one of the design ships, the Vengeance with shield boost, called The Avenger.
I click on hangar and hall#1 says `empty-no ship available`.
I`m not sure where to find the log. This would be yesterday afternoon Tokyo time-around 3 a.m. EST

 

design is not a ship... is only an extra you can use if you have a vengi to put it on..

No need to start insulting the OP now, not everyone knows the difference between a ship and a design.

To OP: Avenger is a design, not a ship. To find it,
1) Go to Hanger tab-Red
2) Go to equipment tab- Yellow
3) The design should be in the drop-down list in Green

EDIT: Also, be sure to be on your Vengy Hanger (If you have one. I'm assuming you don't have a Vengy since you thought you got a Vengy)

 

It's not hard to figure out a DESIGN and a SHIP. Everyone Knows you need a SHIP for a DESIGN.

To OP: You need the SHIP then you can equip the design.
After you get the ship since you seem to have the design, this is how it's equipped.
Go to Hanger, Equipment, And click the side window as shown below.

I did not know that.
Didn`t see the design in inventory before, but I wasn`t looking for it.
Anyway thanks for the help folks, I`ll grab another ship and hopefully all will be well.

 

Oh, well that`s not good.
The hangar tab was red before-now that I have the ship, the red tag is gone.
I don`t see the design anywhere.

 

Did you allocate the ship in? And are you sure you won the designs?

Go to Uridium Page > Balance > and check your logs.

If you did win, and the ship is allocated, i suggest sending Support a message, Which you can do so by click on the [?] Then go down to support, and send them a message with log, and details on the problem. Also make sure you won the right ship design, i have seen some say "I won a Shield design, but i can't equip it to vengeance" Then find out it was goliath design.

It was not won at auction but purchased in the shop.
The ship has been allocated, and as soon as I did that it looks
like my purchases were reset to zero. In other words, the way it looks,
I have to have a ship and then I can get the design but if I try to go backwards
the design disappears as soon as I get the ship. That is not nice, easy to make that mistake and at 100,000 uri everyone should be forewarned about that.

The design shouldn't vanish after you get the ship. I got some Vengy designs WAY before I actually got a Vengy and I still had the designs in-stock.

 

Too many ships and not enough (hangers) - room?

 

Designs do no disappear when you lose the ship, It's best to write support.

 

That doesn't have to do with a design problem

 

Trying to send a message to support-sorry no idea about customer number or transaction ID.

 

I found a way to contact support, hope this gets straightened out.

 

you simply have to go to the ? and go to the support link. There you select game problem, tell them what happened show them the log of your design *which is not worth buying it's a simple bid* and then hit send, your username, id, and server are already implemented through the link if you did the right thing.
