Ship Warp Glitch

I experienced the glitch of losing a cloak multiple times when warping ships. Here is what I encountered in depth:

I have a cloak on my spearhead. I change my active ship (in hangar) to my aegis. I log on, and I see that my aegis has a cloak. I log off, and then change my active ship back to my spearhead (in the hangar once again). When I log back on, my spearhead's cloak is gone.

This surely isn't supposed to happen, right? If I did contact support, would support refund me the cloaks that I have lost through this glitch?

 

If that is a glitch then it happens alot along with the hit points haveing to be recharged by the repair bot / would love to here an answer on that one myself

intentional / well let me see this has been going on since they brought out the warp ability along with cloaks disappearing when you warp or jump gates so how long must players be patient ?????

 

I think that really needs to be looked at too.
