Promerium issues

My promerium production has gone down drastically. I tried turning it off and letting the other resources build and then turning it back on but it still is very slow. please help, i do not know which server i am on.

 

Irish5, Is your Seprom refinery on? Seprom requires Promerium to generate and it will take away from the production amount while it is active. The higher the Seprom refinery is, the more Promerium will be required.

yes my seprom refinery is on, but it has always been on and the promerium issue has just happened. it used to be a much faster production rate.

 

You might have upgraded the seprom refinery beyond the promerium refinery. That will use up more promerium then what is being produced by the promerium refinary

 

Also, if your Seprom refinery is producing faster than your other refineries, it will run out of resources to refine.

 

My seprom was and is full and they are all at the maximum upgrade.

 

Then you are going to need to use the little robots to help assist your Collectors in keeping up with the production needs of the refineries.

Can you please give this a try and see if it resolves the matter.

I turned off the seprom refinery and it seems to be working faster now.
