  1. You know , in popular and phenomenon FPS games ... when you die , a Kill Cam appears and shows who killed you how.

How about this feature in Dark Orbit ?

With this apply , we can spot cheats , range-hackers etc. and more.

For use this feature ; when we die , a button will appear top of the Re-spawn window. When you click , a pop-up will appear and will show 3 seconds before you dead.

If you spot a hacker , you will have a option in Killcam pop-up ''Report user'' and Killcam video will go to Admins , and they will give right punishment to cheating user.

this has already been suggested on old server / it didnt make it then it wont make it now / but it does sound like a good ideal

  4. Don't lose your hope ;) Maybe they will do it.

I would like to see it but honestly, I very much doubt it would every happen.
This type of feature would take a huge amount of time to introduce - if they don't even have the ability to stream JPA rounds with the current way to game is set up then there is no hope for them to have the ability to produce a killcam of every player who dies.

The amount of time this would take them to make would be on par with the 3D mode I think, and just adding in killcams isn't big enough for the game changers they need.

  6. But with Killcam feature , hackers would reported to support with a better evidence. So can support bann hackers better easy. Dark Orbit may cleared hackers , but there's still few hackers need fixed i think.

So this maybe a big step for the prevent hacking.

Or alternatively it would show that almost everything that people think are "hacks" is just down to lag or poor knowledge.

I'm not saying would be a bad feature to have, just I very much doubt DO would ever want to spend the time or the resources to get something like it in the game.

  8. I made this idea in the old forums we came to the conclusion with a game like DO it won't work nor happen.

  9. Well , you're right. But why not try our chance again ? And you said you've made this thread , you will support me too :p

  10. Hello,

Irrespective of whether the idea has been suggested before or not, or whether they will ever introduce it or not, I think it is a fantastic idea.

A few times I have been killed by a "suspicious" individual (Don't wish to start cheat accusations, as they are just that; accusations) and been just a few seconds too late to hit the record hotkey on my keyboard (too busy trying to defend myself :p ). With the new feature, I can still defend myself, and should I be unsuccessful, I can watch over and then record it and send to support should I feel there was some unfair play going on.

    Regards, Cam.

  11. I like the idea...

Your right you could watch it all over again and while your watching it you can tell your self this wouldnt have happened if my computer network could handle streaming D.O. and a recording program all at the same time / See no one ask the right question and that is what is Dark Orbits net work speed / if player {A} is streaming at 10 megs and Dark Orbit is only streaming at 2 megs the best you will ever get is 2 megs and most networks only guarantee up to half of your streaming plan.
