Chat problem in game

On my chat it keeps saying Authorization Failed, I have updated my Flash Player and I have cleared cache/History and nothing has happened. Can some one help me?

And delete the flash files for chat files. This is the main control panel for flash so take note of what you change. Also keep link handy as it helps with alot of stuff. This may be your fix let us know.

 

where do i find the flash files

 

just click delete all sites on control box then select global storage settings and do the same thing

on the left hand side of page select website storage settings panel let it load . a small box will load mid right screen in the mid of that box select delete all sites then select global storage settings and do the same thing. Also right click on game map screen and seclet setting select storage setting and move to unlimited

 

What browser are you using. Have you tried using a different browser. Chrome has flash built in. I use chrome and never have chat issues.

Hmm Are you the admin of your pc dont know if this would make a difference or not but mine has the delete function

Also how did u delete cookies did u use a program or do it through browser. I use ccleaner then do it threw browser

But i still think you need to clean old files to fix issue seems like these are the problem.
When or if there is a chat update the old files will make it fail.

When you updated your flash player and cleared your chat history, did you also ensure that your java was upto date? If you need to check, use the link below;

If you do have everything updated, then the next advisable option would be to contact support to look into the issue for you.
