1 sec. booster?

I destroyed a Kristallon and it gave me a 10-hr DMG-01 booster. 2 sec. later, it's gone. Is this a bug or a new type of booster with 2 sec. life? ()

 

u dont get 10 hour boosters from npcs u get the more 1 hour

 

still, it lasted for litterally 2 sec.

The 10-hour booster should appear on the last icon of the array of icons in the upper left of the In-game UI

 

Thank you for assisting this player with their issue, however for us to investigate this matter further you would need to post a user ID and a copy of your log showing when you recieved the booster so that we can see if it was activated and if you have been using it currently or not.

You can't earn boosters from standard NPC's.

If you kill a Boss or Uber NPC , you will get boosters from them. That would be came from a booty box and you didn't see ?

AHH! I see what happened! It was a shared booster you saw! You might've been close to someone with a shared booster for the 2 secs, and then went out of range.

EDIT: Shared boosters don't appear in your log, if your wondering.

The 'standard' NPC's refer to those NPC's found in company and pirate sectors at all times.
This excludes 'Boss', 'Uber' and Unique NPC's such as Icy-metroids.

Some NPC's do give boosters but they are found in gates and are not under the classification of 'standard'. E.g sanjys/kurbs

 

i got caple times boosters from other npcs. from cubes and on pirate maps.
i know that only boss and uber npcs give 1h boosters and some times log disks, but some times normal npcs will give it to. i have no idea why but they do.

 

I think this has just about been answered and as OP is happy to close, thread i closed.
