Minimap taking ages to load!!

I'm having this problem for a while now. The thing is when i login the MINIMAP takes a long time than usual to Appear and when i say longer than usual ( like 1-2 min )and its not just when i login it also happens when i jump to other maps + sometime when i jump the Ship dissapear so i dont know whats hapenning, The same thing happens when someone kills me.

I did everything to solve this problem, I cleared cache, I updated Flash player, i put all settings to "low" ...etc lets just say that i did every trick in the book and still the same problem.

I'm not the only person having this problem by the way a lot of ppl have it too. the only thing that i can think about is that DO did something wrong lately to cause this. i really hope u guys read this and Fix this problem. because its pointless to do hunt quests or to just change maps. For me its pointless to even play .

Please DO read this and take it in consideration. i really hope you Fix this problem very soon , cause its killing me!!

Map loading time is effects Mini-map loading time. It happens me too sometimes.

Try different browser. I recommend you Maxthon. If still problem happens. I will leave this problem to MOD-Admins.

Support are aware of the issue with the minimap and are working on trying to trace the cause.

how much longer do we have to wait, i have lost count of the times i have nearly died because of this problem, shocking customer service this is!!

 

We here in forums can only offer you the information that is available to us, we do not create in game changes. We can only pass the information on to have it investigated further.

We would ask that you please try a different browser to see if the issue could possibly be resolved that way.

i did try another Browser , but it still the same it . the minimap now is taking longer than before, lets just say i cant play like this because its impossible .

 

Ok, I have another thought on this... When on your flight screen, go to settings and see what level the display graphics are at. Example ship, background etc. If they are set at high try lowering them to normal or low - save and then see if this helps to resolve your issue.

Please let me know and if possible could you please provide your user ID so that I can investigate this matter in another way.

if i could .. i would advice BP to have u both to forums AND to support; as it seems only u and some colleges of u mind about us.
all others seems have been in vacations some years now
also would advice that u take AND their salaries same time with their responsibilities
how disappointing has become this situation for us all

 

Same here after a jump to port or to a map, the min amp will not load for around
20- 30 seconds.
If you open and close it, sometimes it helps and by helps means it takes less than 30 seconds.

 

I always play on low graphics,and like i said before i did every possible thing to do.
