Teleport Hack/Bug?

Never said i died Scrub. Every time this happens it's when i'm killing the other person, they just disappear and end up across the map. Don't comment if you don't even know how to read.

 

It's kinda like peeing into the wind, but smellier.....

 

I don't think anyone's talking about being killed also this has nothing to do with bad
connections

 

Happens all the time since the range update not sure why it does some kind of bug. They will say lag but it isn't the person just jumps across the map somehow.

 

I have never seen this until now.

 

And its harder trick, but still possible. ​

 

probably lag aka your ping is slower than their ping or their ping is higher than your ping...PONG. Enjoy ping pong.

Depends on the wind chill factor...you will win.

 

If it was lag, it wouldn't be a split second of them disappearing mid battle and reappearing across the map, and leaving everyone there confused.

 

Yeah, but 'support' which is supposed to support you...says otherwise. Lag/ping your fault. DO is working on fixing these supposed gliytches. They will be caught eventually. Otherwise they are little kids playing hopscotch in space.

 

Yup, reminds me of a player on East 1 who called out everyone on the server and killed everyone that came after him while taking no damage. They banned the heck out of him... Then later it happened again. But there is no way to do this in DO according to support.
I was in on that even several years ago and that guy proved beyond a doubt it could be done when 22 players hit him with X4 and every single one missed. Of course finding 6 players in a stack is a huge thing now.

 

well i had this earlier for first time , i was suspicious it could have been lag while reading this yesterday but now seeing it , it wasnt lag i was running 60fps as now have that tab open at all times .... ikkle vengie running from me all of a sudden jumped all over map till he was otherside. tbh looked like you would expect a spearhead using ultimate cloak multiple times would as i still had lock till he left map ( ie cloak decloak 3 4 times appearing in other areas of map on mini map if that makes any sense )

If you have evidence of a issue, as always send it to support and they can then review it and take the correct actions. It can very well be a number of things, whether good or badly intended. As we here in the mod team cannot engage normal players, we cannot reproduce this unless it is a server/game issue and can be seen using our test ships. If you have any further information which could help in this, please send it in but the more it is supported beyond just describing it the better.
