Alpha gate lag

I just lost my alpha gate due to extreme lagging. I was told that I may be able to get it back if I post about it on the forums. I hope to get it back simply because this is my first gate and I don't wish to start over.

am avut lag azi mare in beta la ultimu val protegiti si am pierdut poarta era ultima viata cele lalte doua tot din lag de joc am pierdut as vrea sa stiu daca mi se poate da macar o viata inapoi sa pot termina nu este prima data care pierd vieti din cauza aceste problemi multumesc astept raspuns o seara buna

 

You have to contact support and request a gate reset. This can only be done once a month.

Nobody can do anything about this here in the forums.

 

This is the English Forums, speak it or get out.
Also don't hijack other threads, make your own about your problem.

Take it to support, forums can't do a thing. They can reset your gate, and can only do so once a month, don't wait to long to take it to them either, or you will lose your chance for the gate.

If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1 month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and also if there was a technical issue and due to which you lost the gate then for that you need to Contact Support for any further assistance.

Also when contacting support please post your user id along with the server you play on.
