LAGG

I just wanted to ask when the LAGG problem was going to be fixed .
I have cleared cookies , cache and history and the lagg is still there , 2 week's ago I had 60 to 65 fps and now it's down to 20 and 15 fps .

I haven't played much at all since it started I don't like for my ship and everything else moving slow and jerking around all the time , so please fix the LAGG so I can get back to playing .

Hmm if it's fps that the problem then 90% of the time it is hardware issues, the other 10% is poor optimization but I would think if everyone else was suffering drops of 40 fps then there would be A LOT more threads about it.

I would do a scan for viruses etc to make sure you haven't downloaded one that is just taxing the resources of your computer. Also have a look at all the programs you are currently running, double check there's not something running now that there wasn't 2 weeks ago.

Are you still experiecing this issue, and have you done the following
1. Cleared Cache
2. Cleared Browser History
3. Cleared flash storage data
4. Attempted different browser
5. done ping test
6. checked with internet provider for possible line issue.

Thank for the info I have done it all except the ping thing and I still hasn't changed , my game screen is all jerky and my ship jump's and make's it hard to lock on any thing and pick up cargo and boxes .

run EVEREST and check sensors on your pc. maybe one of fan on cooler or graphic card doesn't work correct. if pc over heat that make massive lag.

 

This is a very valid point. Most modern systems "throttle down" their speeds if they start to get too hot. It would be worth checking the temperatures or if you are comfortable doing so just opening your PC and giving it a good clean (Obviously if you are not comfortable doing this then get someone who is qualified to clean it for you) It can make a huge difference.

I have the same problems...And this hepend since test server was opened i tryed go on it and was unable to acces my account for 11 hours!Now i have so much lags my fps and memory normal but i lag as hell...Game lates sometimes 1 sec sometimes 6 sec and sometimes 2 min
Everything was fine before i tryed to enter test server...I contacted supp and we hoped that we fixed lag i did all they said and it helped for couple of hourse but now again it lags to much..Please can you check this? Thank you! Have a nice day!
