Missing Auction Winnings?

After winning a Citadel, Spearhead or Aegis etc.. in the Daily Auction, where may the item be found? I have looked High & Low and can find no info. on this.

I am having this exact same problem I am trying to build a space station and every time I bid on a Module it sometimes returns my money after the winning bid well actually every time but I never win the Module anymore? please check my account under daily bids it shows I have bids winning on the hour every hour' and rolls over to the next hour until; someone actually overbids my bid its making me angry I should have had the space station in 4-5 by now' I am allowed all MA-Rocket Module's if I wanted right besides the ones in the middle anyways that is not my problem its that I don't receive the module after the hour and they leave my7 bid hanging like I'm a loose piece of trash' and that I am not'

 

Hanger tab- The ship should appear in the blue area.
Yellow area is how you assign to hanger. Your existing ship will be sold, however (Unless its a free Hanger Hall)

 

Sorry to say this rude like ( but your missing what we are saying ) or maybe you answered his question what about me?

we are not talking about your dang hangar hall section' we are mainly stating that we are bidding on Items that aren't showing up' for instance I am bidding on Module's for the space station's for the clan' our bids keep sticking to the Bidding' Items and roll over for like 5 hours strait until someone out bids us so even if we win the bid at the Hour its sticking to the next role over hour stacked possibly 5-10 hours until someone out bids our bid and when they do we may or may not receive our credits back....

PLEASE !!!! get a MOD or game TECH on this issue on both of our accounts'

 

I believe you are under the idea that your bidding on an hourly item, when in fact your bidding on a daily item.

 

just curious was it the actual ships or was it the designs for them because iv seen a few people make that mistake

modules are in daily auction so you can only win them once every 24 hours i play gb1 and gb2 so the auction ends at 11pm every night

 

Yeah, You need support and Mod help for this. Unless you're not looking close enough at your inventory, I can't really help with your problem.

Check your logbook. See if you can find out if you actually won the thing or not.

The current auction consists of three types of action; hourly, daily and weekly.

For the hourly auction, the winning bidder will receive their item after the hour has finished (Example: Start 14:00:00h – End 14:59:59h).

For the daily auction, the winning bidder will receive their item after the day is over (Start 00:00:00h - End 23:59:59).

For the weekly auction, the winning bidder will receive their item after the week has finished (Start Monday 00:00:00 - End Sunday 23:59:59).

Therefore for the daily and weekly auctions, just because you are the highest bidder at the end of the hour, does not mean you are the winning bidder. You are only the winning bidder when the auction ends, and there is a timer displaying this under each auction.

A good way to check whether you have won a bid or not is through your in-game mail, through your logbook and through your balance page. Alternatively, you can check the "history" tab in the auction page which will show the winners of the auction.

The in-game mail will clearly show whether you have been outbid or whether you were successful and have purchased the item. (Example: Hi, BA_Ddraig, Congratulations! Your bid of xxxxxxxxx Credits won you the auction for Iris (BD-02 I)! Your DarkOrbit Team).

Your logbook will also display when you have won an action (Example: dd.mm.yyy - hh:hh Auction won: Iris).

Your balance page will show any credits that have been refunded if you have been outbid, but also any credits received if you were a successful premium user (Example: dd.mm. 10:00 Refund auction bid (SAB-50) + 10,000 C).

INVICTUS`can you please use the various methods to check to see if you are in fact winning the bids and winning the ships. If you have won the bid, then the ships should appear in your hangar to be allocated.

[[Bugs][Bunny]] From what you are saying, i believe that you are not actually winning the auction. You are bidding on CBS modules which is part of the daily auction. Therefore you will only win the auction if you have the winning bid at the end of the day, not after every hour. This means your bid will roll over every hour, as you have described, up until the last hour of the day where the winning bid will win the module.

I have been playin' this game for 4 yr's & I have 5 ships all FE. So what I'm tryin' to say is when I say that "I have looked Hi & Lo", It means just that. Logbook, mail, etc.. all state that I have won 3 Daily's. They just do not show up where they should in the Hanger.
