    screen froze due to random lag in alpha at diffrent times is there a problem with gates at the moment? done this gate before so many times :(

    only 1 a month and has to be posted to them within 48 or 24 hours 1 of the 2

    Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1 month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and also if there was a technical issue and due to which you lost the gate then for that you need to Contact Support for any further assistance within 48hrs of losing the gate.
    Also when contacting support please post your user id along with the server you play on.

    Enjoy the game.
