Lost Ships, both Bidding and purchasing

Hi, i won a citadel a couple of days ago but this didnt not appear anywhere. I have just recently purchased another hanger and Aegis Elite but still no ship showing

Any help would be great.

Do you have any statements in your logbook to confirm that you purchased these ships? When a ship is purchased successfully they will appear in your hangar and will need to be allocated (as shown below):

Hi, i have just check and no statement, but both the credits were taken on the bid and 180,000 uri for the aegis has been taken.

 

Go to the uridium page and go to balance, that is your Uridium and Credit logs, if you really did lose 180,000 uri it would be there, find it, printscreen then message support, since a forum moderator cant do anything about lost uridium except refer to you to support.


oh and you said you bought "aegis elite". aegis elite is not a ship, it is a design, so if you do not have aegis it will not show up until you get one.


so possibly the problem here is that you bought designs instead of the ship? in that case just get the ships and what you bought will be there waiting for you

The Aegis Elite is not a ship, it is a ship design. In order to use ship designs you must purchase the default ship first (so you would have to buy the default Aegis). However do not worry, the Aegis Elite design will still remain on your account ready for you when you have the Aegis.

As for the bid, can i ask what it was you bidded on and whether you received a 'successful bid' message. It could be possible that you have bid on a daily/weekly auction which means the auction does not end at the end of the hour, but at the end of the day or week respectively.

Thank you all for assisting this player with their issue, after further investigation I think the provided information did prove useful... as the player had purchased the designed not knowing that they must have the original ship to use them with.
