negative honor for shooting back?

i shoot back and i get neg honor but when i shot people on purpose i get neg so what is the point of the honor point system if ti glitches like that?

There have been some trouble with the honor point system recently. Random deductions of honor, "Shooting at friendly ships will cause you to lose honor" notifications when you are shooting aliens, etc.

Lost a few thousand honour points the other day shooting EIC (I'm VRU), the above warning came up, when i checked it later i saw the Minus honour..not good D/O. I've had it about 6-7 times in total so far....Don't suppose I'll be getting that back,

Yeah nice to see DO admits its a problem NOW after i lost 15mil honor for it when it started up! i should of ranked up by now and be a good ways ahead of it, but NOOOO "you need proof you didnt shoot first" i just enter the map and they shoot me, not my fault they died, you guys need to fix your bugs and own up to them more often.

 

astraea will i be refunded for all the honor i lost or will it remain aas me killing same co and me losing about 1 to 1.5 mil honor now?

 

you wont get it back support stated to me after I made them give me back 2 sets of lost honor "we don't do this" but I had proof so they had to do it.

 

so basically i lost honor because DO glitch and now i wont get the company kills stricken from my account honor wont be replaced and i have to wait until the honor count goes down ... awesome

Odd considering it was an arranged 1v1 so he could test his ship against me... and he shot first... so I WOULDN'T lose honor... oh ya.. the ships before that I did shoot first.. have a guy with our clan tag in his name and he is causing problems for us

 

A guy on my server lost more then 20 million honor by this bug, he was in minus for a few days. He got the bug on video were he lost 1.6million (while he only had 800k so he got in minus) and were he lost 3.2 million...

 

Yeah I lost 13mil, managed to stay 50k above negative, the guys I kept killing for shooting me first, finally disappeared, matter fact, they don't even play anymore cause I ended up KOSing him and his clan buddies, they didn't like the 10 days of war idea and disbanned, made a new clan, and I warred that too, they finally disappeared. I just stayed in the pally maps and did a couple of kappas and such to get my honor back up.

 

Well, I have not had any issues with negative honor glitches I'm happy to say.

Any negative honor I've gotten was well deserved

For anyone who has a clan member or is affected, turning outlaw can do a quest called "An offer you can't refuse" the quest can only be loaded if you have no other quests loaded. Once completed you are back to positive honor, no matter how much negative honor you had... just thought I'd mention it.

Must really suck for those in pvp quests and so close to finishing for example, 1000 vru goliaths, 900kills, you're an outlaw by 1mil or more lol sucks.

 

Meh, I did all my ship quests long ago. But yes, I understand what you mean. DO needs to get on this problem. I imagine it's pretty discouraging to many a player.

I am having honor problems of a different nature,lol. I am actually popping a BOTTER that comes on every night, late, like clockwork, in 3-8 map. If they can't catch these new bots, they should make it so that we can declare war on a single, un-clanned user, to avoid neg honor. Simple fix to the problem.
