Another Glitch

Todays event quest to collect 100 rb ammo will not complete. It doesn't register when you get ammo from taking a beacon nor does it register when buying it from the shop.

 

Yeah I second this ..tried both ways, ammo doesn't tally up for quest ...EAST3

 

yup same on GB1 & 2, all broke

 

You get ammo from capturing a beacon?

I've only had honour from the couple I managed to solo.

Regarding the wording for this quest, it states you need to collect 100 RB-214, which would suggest its laying around the maps, much as you collect bonus boxes, cargo or rocks....I've not found any laying around the maps for collection as yet.

 

You get 20 RB from each.

 

the same has happend to me on east 1 dont look like we get a pay out on this one

It appears I'm missing 40 rounds then at the very least.... quite a bit more if you get it for shared beacon captures too.

 

it has to be an enemy beacon that u take down, and then build your companies...you don't get rb ammo just for defending them / making them active again, after an enemy touches it for a few seconds.

 

I only got RB when i solo-ed beacons and when i was the first who got to it.

 

Yup, got more than 100 RB today and nada. :/ GB1

 

Same here on east1 not working. Seems this event is a flop so far. Lets hope the end isnt a flop and it actually drops what the graphics says as Solid_Eye stated in event announcements.

Well, day has come and gone and with only 1 event quest slot there's no point in this thread existing now. You might as well close...

 

like you said whoeva, day has come and i have finally heard back from support on this matter, and they said that they are aware there was an issue but they have resolved it now . . . not sure what good it is as i for one cancelled it to start the next 1 as 15 player kills in lower battle maps can take a while on a server like GB2 lol . . .ahh well . .

 

Yeah cancelled it too as it was still showing in event quests, not the next one as usual, as soon as I dropped it the new quest showed. Fugget about it. :/ And 15 players with that reward? Not worth the cloaks or the ammo.

 

I did not cancel mine...but It disappeared from my quest tab...They trashed it .

 

Same... My quest disappeared too. Only noticed it lately.

Then you need bigger things in your life to worry about....700 uri is nothing even for a noob. So either you are very very very newto the game, or REALLY need a break to gain a fresh perspective on life and what matters. Cheers

 

Your missing the concept. It matters to me because actions like this is what is killing the game. This game usto be great. Over the years it has fizzeled away to what we have now. If the makers of the game cared as much as we do they would take the extra time to make sure all is good with events and what not. Its always best to do it right the first time.
