lagg and disconnected

  1. dont know if this problem is just on my server but on global america 1 there is alot of lagg lately, where ship wont move, cant use pet, cant use ship specials, and not i keep being disconnected every 10s and my minimap wont show anything

  3. yeah its so bad i made 2k uri in 2 hours of pet picking up boxes lol thats usually what i get in 15mins

This problems needs a god damn fix.2 months GA1 has been having freeze issues, no one has fixed it. the admins say "We're not having issues when we go on" Well then have your butts on more often and be ready WHEN THE ISSUE IS THERE! This games gone down hill so far, even servers aren't being maintained, and they want this game to be reborn, pfft, fix it first.

    Hello,

    The issues that this server has been occurring over the past few days has been reported to higher support to be investigated into. If the issues continue then we will of course continue to send reports until the issue is resolved. We don't want the servers to be causing issues and depreciating your gaming experience.

    In the meantime i would like to ask that you remain patient to allow the issue to be investigated, however i will continue to look at chat to see if the issue does appear again.

  8. it has been going on for months, this should have been fixed 2 months ago when we first complained. But nothing was done after "passing it up" this clearly is not being looked into by the higher ups, and nothing will ever been fixed. GA1 is getting filled with players because it's the most active, now people are leaving because it's the most lag filled server that gets no maintenance at all, and once every 3 months is not maintenance.

    Hi there,

    After the issues last night which ASTRAEA was able to experience, she has forwarded the issue to be looked into. I have also got this reported to Quality Assurance therefore i will make sure that this does get looked into.

    I understand that sometimes it feels like nothing is being done but please be assured we always pass on information we get from players. From here in the forums and in chat, passing information to the correct people is all we can do, and it is what we have done for you.

  10. Seems pretty good past few days to me.

    Still some slight freezing from no apparent reason. I say no apparent from previous experience with this issue seemed always a traffic issue but now I see it just sitting idle in a corner of the map.

  11. Not trying to step on this thread but when did Quality Assurance branch form and why do we not have a link to them to save alot of time for everyone. Or is this your way of trying to make the players happy. Because the only Quality Assurance tester i know bigpoint had is James Marques which does his work in the development phase. Not to mention he no longer works at bigpoint.

    Dark Orbit has always had a quality assurance team. These are the people that deal with issues and bugs. If you look under Dark Orbit credits, you will find the quality assurance team there.

    When you report bugs in the technical issues section, they will get tested and verified before being passed onto quality assurance. If we were to pass on every issue and bug reported they would be inundated with non-issues that aren't bugs, so we always try to verify issues before reporting to them.

    I have had a reply that over the weekend connection and game play issues were solved, however i will continue to keep an eye on the server.

  13. That's a lie because GA1 was having it once again last night, even a random out of no where "Disconnected" happened.
     
  14. i couldnt even get into 1-3 last night and was laggin like crazy and even this morning i couldnt get into 1-3 again and was once again lagging like crazy...
     
  15. I just logged in to see half the windows in the game don't load so i can guess if i go to other maps i will not be able to do a damn thing. Quality Assurance my butt.

    So what your saying we can do a lil digging of our own we will find a way to contact them directly. Because from my stand point I do not see a lot being fixed. But I do see them working on a lot of other games and testing of other games. And i have looked over the code for this game and i find bugs all over the place. Now your going to ask how did i find the coding well tell them to close there hackpads to the public!

    With great respect i am doing all i can in reporting the issue to the appropriate people. However seeing as you are continually getting frustrated despite my efforts then there is nothing more that can be done here to satisfy you. I will continue to monitor the server and report on the server issues, however since you are clearly not satisfied with my efforts in attempting to help resolve the issue, i am going to close this thread and ask that you direct any further frustrations regarding this issue to support.
