Very Slow BackPage GB2

I've noticed that the back page seems to slow down lately. Like tonight, it started at 6pm (UK time) , on GB2, right when Crazy Cube started...It's becoming a nuisance

 

same on us east its a pain
and the cracy cubs dittent start yet---

 

Now that the event finished, the back page has returned to normal....

 

Prob because lag caused by crazy cubes is getting into backpage

 

THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY LAG WITH EVENTS......
this is the problem with DO, event lags that none are interested in, whats the point of having events that cause such lag when no one can get on to the servers.
I tried for 3 hours to get a proper connection, I could only play properly after 10pm

 

The event that gives the worst lags is crazy cubes.......because of the hundred or so prots coming out all at once.

 

As we can understand your frustration with the lag situation. please know that many players experience lag issues and game screen issues when the Server has special events going on when things are newly added to the game. Due to the added graphics and the large quantity of players wanting to experience the new additions or events.

We have had several players tell us that they are experiencing a higher volume of lag due to increase amount of events.

We have passed this information on. I know I have told you that tons of times... But, its true. I promise.

It would be better if the graphics had less effects on lag. Most lag in events is caused by too many things in a very small area. e.g crazy cubes

 

As previously stated we do understand your concern, and we are always passing new information up to be looked into for lag reducing issues and the Dark Orbit team is always doing updates to help these issues. We will of course pass this up and keep continuing trying to make this the best experience possible for players. Are there any more questions regarding this issue?

its almost 2 days i cant log in to game, always stuck on loading

 

For those of you still experiencing extreme lag...

Could you please give this a try:

Log out of the game... go to
your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) - Please humor me!

Then go to the flash player - here is a link>

delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
