why was my thread asking about support.

    deleted? Do I not deserve an answer to my inquiry? I was only asking what the average response time to a simple gate reset would take...I think three hours without a reply is obsessive and only making this horrible game experience worse. Not happy at all....

    wow, I didn't know support needed 3 days. I apologize,seeing my kappa vanish over lag has me heated.
     
  4. well there is alot of people that post but you have 2 report your gate reset within 24 hours or 48 one of the 2 and you get 1 reset a month

    well i reported this morning around 11 and sent support the details of what happened. I haven't had a gate reset in months. still no reply.
     
  6. Hello, as support can take some time getting to all the tickets submitted we do generally ask for a couple days in replying back to the original email. Did you get a confirmation email stating we received the ticket you sent in? If so, after a couple days you can reply back with the ticket number asking about an update if you have received no answer. Also in the future please refrain from flaming when posting in your posts. I hope this has helped you in your issue and you enjoy the game.
