Support Response...?

    Hello,
    I have tried to contract support via the link from the backpage and have had no reply. I have sent an email using this method on the 21st of Aug and then again on 25th of Aug. I received a message on screen both times saying that they were sent successfully. Is there supposed to be an automated response? If so where would I receive that message? (backpage-"envelope icon" messages; clan messages; billing confirmation email address...???)

    any guidance would be appreciated

    Hi.

    They should have sent a reply to your registered email address. Are you sure you sent a message to support using the Help link in the top right corner of the backpage. The ingame messaging system will not contact support in any way.

    Go to the backpage and click on the question mark icon in the top right corner (next to the logout icon) and a popup will open giving you a link to the forum and a link to contact support. This should generate an automated response to your accounts registered email and you will also get a human reply within 48 hours.

    If you are using the support system correctly are you checking the correct email address and also are you checking the junkmail folder as some email providers send our emails to the junk unless you add us to your safe list.

    Hello,
    I used the in-game method of contact (question mark icon and the link underlined "Support").
    I receive timely "Payment confirmation" emails to my email address without fail.
    I have had replies from Bigpoint Payment Support to my registered email in the past...
    Is this the same address that using the "Game problem" selection in the drop down menu for "Type of request"?
    I have checked my contact email account (all folders for the account...) and there is nothing there.
    Am I missing something?
    How do I verify my contact email if the above mentioned address is not correct?

  5. I do not use dark orbit support for most of the issues i have. Here is a like to bigpoint support. I seem to get better results from them and you cut the middle man out!

  6. Have you checked that you are not blocking Dark Orbit's support emails in your email? Also check your trash and spam folders to see if your email is sending the emails directly there.

    I received an automated response when I contacted Bigpoint support but no reply regarding my specific issue. No reply, in any form, from DarkOrbit support.

    I have checked all of the folders in this account...no sign of any messages.

  8. You auto response is a must give it a day or so and they will be with you.

    Once you have your automatic response then your message is in the system and it will be dealt with, you should have a response from that within 48 hours. The automated response will also have your ticket reference number. If you continue to have issues then quote the reference number in any further correspondence.
