premium member

Im a premium member but do not have the 2nd bar any more, how do I fix this?

your 2 week premium expired if you want the 2nd slot bar back you need to purchase a premium subscription.

 

If you're still premium, check your options menu and make sure the "Show Premium Bar" is still checked.

 

If your premium recently expired and you purchased a new subscription, and the premium bar is set to be shown from settings, it will not be placed it the same spot it was before. It will be empty and placed somewhere on your hud. To quicly reveal it, press H button on your keyboard, therefore all windows will close, and from your menu try to drag something on your shortcut bar. The premium bar will lose transparecy and glow, being easy to notice.
If it really isn't there, deactivate it from settings, relog and reactivate it, and follow the steps above to find it if you don't notice it.

Gnat666 if the hotkey bar 'disappeared' then it is possible that your premium may have expired. To check this, simply go to your back page and see whether 'PREMIUM' appears under the Dark Orbit logo or not.

If it does show that you are a premium user, then i would do as already suggested and make sure that 'Show Premium Bar' is ticked within your in-game settings/options.

My premium expired a few hours and I just renewed but no shortcut bar and no jump gates or anything showing on map; can someone help me find my missing command/shortcut bar. I have done all of the above suggestions already, thanks
