when u overbid someone in the last 6 seconds . why does it not register until the next hour . its like it takes 10 seconds . which is stupid cuz this only happens when u only have 2-8 seconds left

 

Its a delay thing.

You and the server may not be insync. So it takes a few extra seconds for commands to work. All of this is most likely PHP. It needs to take your imput, put it through a database and give returns and calculate if the returns are true or false then give you a result.

That's why my last bid is always at the 20 second mark.

 

all I'm saying is that it always happens in the last 5 seconds .if I have 2 min left it takes less than a sec for my bet to register ,but where there's only 5 seconds left it takes the longest

 

45 seconds left on my sever is safe or a little bit less on ga3.

 

That's because more people might be bidding around that time and it puts more load on the server. (Though the servers are pretty much dead everywhere, but yeah.)​
