RB214 reward link not working

    I received the email about the rb214 ammo reward and some other stuff from Bigpoint in my newsletter but I can not use it.

    I saw other players posting about this and I also tried deleting the extra part in the address and still cant get the rewards.

    It says "link already used" or something like that.

    Any solutions?

    It's OK,I understand you are short in staff.

    I was not able to find a solution.
    If there is some simple fix,I can try but if it is too complicated,I don't want to bother you,it's not that big of a deal.

    Did you by chance use this code on another server or account as it can only be used once. Also sometimes if you don't use it in time then the code will expire.

    I did not try to use it anywhere else.And it wasn't working the 1st day that I got it so it did not expire.

    Hi, I had the same issue and contacted support regarding it. I did not receive any bonuses, however, as I was told that I must've used it on another server - which I know was not the case.

    I decided that I wouldn't bother pursuing it further as my interest in the game at the time wasn't all that much. I'd been playing another game to reach a goal of mine.

    Because I didn't get the bonus, I couldn't destroy any of the special NPCs. The ammo was just too expensive for a player that doesn't frequently spend on the game. Because I couldn't destroy any of the NPCs, I also missed out on the rewards that were handed out.

    I was okay with all of this until I found this thread. I thought it was only me having this issue, and I wasn't too bothered. However, now I'm kind of upset to see that it wasn't just me, and that it wasn't just me that missed out on the rewards.

    This was obviously a bug or glitch of some sort, and it's caused myself and others to miss out on potential rewards.

    Now, the question is; Is it worth trying to resolve this issue considering that the event was about a month ago?
