Mail Bug

My Darkorbit Mail system is bugged it loads and i can see the messaged behind it but it has the loading icon and doesn't let me click the mail itself or click the other sections of the Darkorbit mail system.

I am having this problem too. It keeps flashing I have unread messages. It is so irritating and been going on for days, this bug has not been answered. The mail keeps loading and I can't delete or read the messages.

This bug has been around for quite a bit of time now, though clearing cache sometimes helps this issue I'd still wish BP to fix it. It gets annoying to keep seeing the pop-up message on the game client however.​

If its a loading problem then thats a local issue clear your java and flash. The bug that everyone else is talking about is it saying you have messages and nothing shows.

You think that the OP has the same problem like you ? It is that "local problem" that you are talking about.. we can see the loading icon.. but it won't load.

 

If the loading icon is stuck on its a flash error! not a system error. Do you know how to clean you old flash files? here is a link to the main flash players website storage panel. This is the controls not a picture! in that box that shows on top right select delete all sites and reboot then log back into dark orbit and see if it is fixed

Hi, I have the same problem even I run DO from clear virtual linux OS on my Windows 7. Therefore it couldn't be a local problem or some wrong settings.

 

Did you clear your old java files? start- control panel- java- settings- delete files. log out and reboot also clear your old temp and cash.

 

May I ask what browsers these issues are occurring on?

 

On Windows 7 I tested IE10, FF and Chrome. On Kubuntu 14.04 I tested FF and Chromium. On other PC with FF or Chrome the same problems occurs. Kubuntu was clear install with full updates and also without any history.
I play on CZ3, but it is irrelevant. It seems the problem is related to global messaging system changes. In previous updates there were direct link to email (below clan button). Now you cannot access to email system with your contacts unless pop up of new message is occurred.

Well, I noticed that this loading icon gone, when in my mail are more messages. etc, now I got 28 messages, about 2pages, and now it seems okey at the moment, everything works fine, but still, if I'll delete them, again appear this loading icon.

And now, it shows me that I have one unread message from 28 (1/28)

In my opinion, this message, are your's system message. Maybe its a congratulation or something like that, because, when I loged like a new member in a new server, I saw that I got one message, it was like a (1/1), but I couldn't read it, earthier open it, because of that loading screen so I left that unread.

This issue has been passed onto the developers already therefore i am sure they will be able to find a solution to the issue.
