mail problem

the mail works normal before, but one day when I open the mail section, I don't know if I trigger something or what, the mail keeps loading and loading endlessly; although I still can change to other section, but from that day on, samething happen everytime I open mail section, that means I can't read,delete,or do what ever to the mail, any helps?

 

Hi,

You should try clearing your cookies and cache, as well as restarting your browser afterwards. Do this, and hopefully your issue should be resolved.

If this doesn't work, then I'd recommend contact support regarding the issue.

 

As has been suggested please try clearing your cache and flash data. Ensure Flash is upto date and optimized aswell.

If this is still an issue please could you try a different browser and then reply letting us know your server UID and what browsers you have tried.

I have been informed by Quality Assurance (Bigpoint Testers) that they have confirmed this issue and have passed it onto the developers to be looked at.

I've try other different browser, still same problem and I don't think cookies and cache had anything to do with this. This problem doesn't effect the game as it works pretty fine if I switch to other place like hangar, skylab or anywhere else.
As I recalled；that day when I open mail section, I might mistakenly click on one of the mail while the page still not finished loading. I guess that action confused the system and causing it began the unstop loading. Please tell the developers they may just delete those mail if that is the only solution, thanks.

I'm having the same problem...it doesn't seem to be cookies or anything since i tried different browsers and also entirely different computers on different networks...I hope this will get resolved soon...

 

same thing is happening to mine, but i cannot access the game page, the loading sign goes yellow, but wont go green, so have been unable to play for 5 days, and unable to contact d o if anyone in admin sees this please contact me, or if anyone out there has a fix, please help.

 

As previously stated this issue has been passed onto our developers to be fixed, there is nothing that we can do that will be a quick fix. We can tell you however that they will look into getting it solved as soon as possible. Does the original poster have any further questions?
