Will you ever fix my Darkorbit top user points?

So its been five damn months and my top user points are still glithced out

I have over 30 bill EP and im not even on the EP page im suppose to be rank 10 but im not im rank 19k

You guys say ur looking into this and other people are having this problem but it only seems to be me thats having this issue Please Fix this ASAP or lose out on a good paying customer

Does it even matter.
Anyways, are you looking at it when the server time is in the morning? It's always like that then, try later in the day.
Besides, just give them time, they're putting effort into fixing more important things than these types of "issues".

EDIT: Ah, I see it's 3:27 PM then when this happened. Lol, got no ideas why it is doing that, probably the banning of botters and such is screwing it all up xD

 

It matters when u spent over 3 grand on the game bro. And it happens everytime i log on but at the same time after 10-20mins it goes back to my normal Top user points but no one sees me on the top user page.. and no one sees my EP..

 

I would spend 10 grand and I would not care.

 

Go spend it then.. then have them take what u worked for away..

If he spent the money with the aim of getting up in the top users and then DarkOrbit mess it up and don't fix it then it should be fixed.

Hmm, yea, I see why you'd want the points to be correct then. I have yet to reach that level, so I need to be in your shoes before I say something
Maybe people have reached more than what BP expected and it threw off the counting system or something...?
But then again, it should be some kinda infinite line or w/e, so it shouldn't. But, as I said before, it could be that a lot of cheaters and such are being kicked, so it kinda screwed them over.

Ive messaged them pretty much everyday. After a long five months of harassing Darkorbit support and putting pressure on them my top user points HAVE been fixed. Thank you very much Darkorbit support and Board Admin if you had anything to do with it.

IT has been fixed it seems. I logged today and i finally have my EP on the EP page and i wasnt number 19k when i logged in. I should be giving uri for having to wait this long. If i have anymore problems i will contact support and post a thread

I am glad it seems to be fixed at the moment. If it does happen again, then please just drop a message and i will continue to pass the issue the higher to be looked into.

Bare in mind that around restart there are normally some inevitable rank problems that do get resolved, but these should not be recurring throughout the day for you.
