Unbanned

Havent been on here in a while so hope this is the right place.

My account was banned just before i quit the game, i understand what i did was wrong and it would be appreciated if someone could look into it,

You MUST know your ID. Because when you post your User ID , your process became faster.

You dont need to know your uid. Takes 2 clicks for them too look it up with my game name and server. Please dont give false information.

Id prefer for a reply from an admin, (ddraig, seph, jut etc etc) who can deal with this,

 

U konw wrong. When you post ID on support and send problem , they can do process faster. I'm posting UID everytime and they solving nonsense chat bann's QUICKLY everytime !

 

The USERID is what is used to look up account info. If you do not know your USERID, then they have to search up a database of names for yours then find your USERID associated with your name, then use your USERID in order to do anything.

For accounts that's been banned for an extended amount of time because they were "Permabanned", these accounts become deleted over time and become no longer in existence. I believe its 6 months of inactivity of the account before it gets wiped clean from "History" logs. This is why, the longest your account is allowed to be "Temporary" banned is 1 month. So that there are no issues with "history".

Support are the only ones that associate with Permanent banned accounts. So if you want to get your account unbanned, you have to contact them.

 

As stated, this is not the right place to ask for this. You need to contact support as the forum mods cannot help you with this situation. I suggest you send whatever details you have regarding your account and contact support.
