GB1 Log in issues consider reimbursing us all

    Well here I sit another week on week, basically unable to log in :(. Perhaps DO could have a look at the Prem players accounts and back book any monies owed as this is beginning to feel like pay and don't play.

    Perhaps, they will be kind enough to consider reimbursing us all because im kinda getting fed up after years of this mess with DO.

    The game is rapidly becoming "not of merchantable quality" :confused:.

    Been playing for many years, but sadly now its no longer a joy to log in or even possible too!!!

    Thats it moan over, DO sort this ruddy mess!!!

    E-L-E, Can you provide the information about your connection issue >Here<? We are trying to collect connection/lag/login issues to a single thread, There are some specific information requested in the first post. This way we can try to determine a pattern in the issue.

    I certainly will Raijin, but please remember this post was about back booking monies owed to us and not just about "Yet another" log in issue.

    Ive been playing for years and never complain, so when the likes of me do, perhaps DarkOrbit should listen eh!

    Unfortunately we do not have any say in any type of reimbursement. Any such requests must go through Support.

    I fully understand and many thanks for allowing me to voice my opinion on this matter and the overall quality of the service DarkOrbit are supplying ;).

    E.L.E, very nicely put and fully supported here, the login issue issue is a pain and the game is becoming an item that isnt fulfilling what we're actually paying for??
    The screen stopping at the 'loading' point is not good, i'm not getting access to what is being paid for..No rant from me:)

    Same I can't log in past the loading screen and its pissing me off. I've been playing for many years and this is the first time I've had connection issues. If its not fixed then how do they expect to keep players?

    Hi there,

    As Raijin as stated if you have any connection issues, support would greatly appreciate that you post in the thread that we have set up specifically for these issues.

    I understand it can be frustrating at the moment, we ourselves are players and experience the same issues, however by providing support the information they need will allow them to investigate the issue more efficiently and hopefully find a resolution much soon.
