chat problems

    hello,im getting system authorization failed in chatbox. i have updated java etc and cleared cache, its been nearly a day now, i have wrote to support and had no reply, please help.

    Might be worth putting a thread in the chat section to see if you have been given a permanent chat ban or something. Make sure you include your UserID.
    I had a problem a couple of years ago where I had a sort of "unofficial IP chat ban" where I got the same problem as you but when I reset my router it went away - when I emailed support they said there was no record of it on my account, so might be worth resetting your router as well.

    Apart from that all you can really do is wait for a support reply, it is the weekend so it might take a while, hope you get it sorted quick

    Hello, LEON... Checking please your devices don't block domain: globalchat-xx-pub-yy.bigpoint.net, port: 843, where xx- lang code, yy- number of service's loading balance instance.
    Okapi32 answered correctly, usually if the router is rebooted you will enter to chat.
    Please, disable java applet in your browser about:plugins. Game client doesn't used JavaRE, only Flash Plugin. Your system will increase security
