no Chat on GB1

    15.30 had restart on GB1, and since than i got no chat, keeps saying authorisation failed ( no im not by a station) im in the middle of 5/3

    My chat seems to be working fine. open settings then interface, check " show chat" off then back on, see if that helps. if it doesn't restart your computer that should solve the problem.

    I've got the same problem on GE1, the usual things that fix it (clearing cache, restarting pc, restarting router etc) don't seem to sort it. Looking around on other language forums they seem to be same issue too.

    yam, i changed the settings ( turned off chat, turned it back again) made no difference.
    Switched from Chrome to Firefox, and now i dont even have a "authorisation failed" msg, chat box is just a blank box.

    Wouldnt mind but it worked fine before restart

    I too had the same problem the other day, i reset my router and chat returned to normal, but today it hasn't resolved the issue.. still waiting for chat to return.

    Ddraig,
    I assume that Dark Orbit will extend my premium cover, as for a 2nd day i have no chat.
    Just how long do we have to wait? is there an estimated time or we just hanging in the wind ?

    haha no chat that's not an issue abc I cant even get onto the game screen I just get loading screen and there telling me its either my flash player or ISP but I can login GB2 andGA1 just fine sorta no choice but to quit for me

    I couldn't log in since last JPA (last Sunday) then I just went to play on test server and when I came back on GB1 it worked just fine. Before that I tried to clear cache and do everything what people said but it didn't work. I don't know what happened exactly but it's doing fine. For now...

    I believe support have solved the chat issue now. They are working on the log in issue
