game not logging on

can you please explain why i cant log on to the game as it is really doing mye nut in pay for prem and then not be abel to play is wrong i hope you are going to compensate all the players for this problem

Seems some issues cropped up, but they do seem to be largely (not sure for all) resolved at present moment. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

As far as compensation goes, if there is to be any it will likely be server(s) wide, and that will be decided by support.

Are you still having this issue, or able to log in again? If the game is working for you again, may we close?

This prolems is present on russian server. In our time is not dissolve to. you play on the server work or not?

There is nothing new to report on my end. If you want to close it then I guess go on ahead because I'm sure there are other posts about the problem

 

West coast 3 server is having the same issue with me. I can not log on to game screen. Don't know if it's server wide.

this is ridiculous, we pay good money for this game and you cant even sort your servers out its a disgrace... sayin that i still put some money on the MHH u put on ahhahaha im sure someone will feel my frustration as soon as u manage to SORT IT OUT !!!!!
