Galaxy Gate?

  1. I don't know if Galaxy Gate is an event but I can't find anywhere else to post this. I was on the BK waves and I got all of them low, and I go to the corners where all of them run away and I lagged and missclicked and got shot all at once by all of them. I had 2 lives but I lagged so hard I lost 2 lives and I can't get the gate back. Can I have some help, I am beyond angry right now. You need to fix these lag issues on the west coast servers.

    they can't do anything here , send a ticket to support ,they might give it back to you ,although it very rarely happens , but considering the lags and game issues lately ,they just might

    as stated in the thread i linked to: if you lose a galaxy gate you have to contact support with your server, uid and username and ask them for a gate reset. they will reset your gate on the wave you lost it and you will have 3 lives but they will only do 1 gate a month.

    Here are the guidelines for a gate reset.
    • EN Servers Only
    • 1 Gate Reset per month ( 30 day period of time -no exceptions)
    • No Frame Rate required

    • All gate issues must be posted within 1 hour to 48 hours of the issue event. Anything past to 48 hours that is not posted will not be an accepted issue.

    Please note that you will need to contact support and provide the following information:
    Ship name:
    User ID:
    Server
    Registered email address.
