so then comes next Jpa some cant log in i spent like 200-300k uri waiting for next jpa and you didnt let allot of people in ..you said yourselves on here in the forum many players could not enter jpa so you canceled so your trying to forget about the people who spent then could not get in to your game to enter Jpa ...well this is how you loose custom...Woow you certainly know how to disappoint us and you think we going to spend on mhhs to come lmao sort it out

 

Sorry that you feel this way. Please bear in mind that 500 free spins is the equivalent of 50k uridium for a non premium player to direct buy and amounts to a good few hours pally picking if that is your thing, and they are free (in case nobody mentioned it already) which is why support must have felt that it was fair. I will pass a message along to those above and who knows? Maybe next time it will be something different.
I will add that they are under no obligation to give any compensation just as you are not being forced to purchase uridium. They choose to give free spins as compo just as you choose to spend your money on the game.

I agree! I spent money to do the JPA and I ended up wasting it cause they didn't have it, also I made plans for the following Sunday, so I couldn't even make it online in time to compete for the next one.. All I could do is register... Man talk about a rip off!!!

 

It's not as if there was any compensation for the 3 weeks of GB-1 problems either...Strangely enough, my prem runs out on the 31st and I to will become a free player, well done Bigpoint, a lesson in how to lose money

 

Your problem with gb1 is still going? And they're taking your premium off it as well? Should take it further. You didnt pay for no game access let alone no premium benefits
