glitch or cheat?

2-2 ship thats cloaked shoots at me but stays cloaked, so whats the verdict? cheat or glitch?

 

ive had this happen to me too. i believe its just a glitch in the game every once in awhile.

 

if you take all the lazers of you ship and turn your rocket launcher cpu off it gives the illusion of shooting or did haven't tried in a while.

Sometimes it might happen and maybe a visual glitch, make sure you clear your browser and flash player cache.

that does not work any more so its a glitch now

 

Don't think it is a glitch since it is the same players from the same companies that do this during an event. Oh and the "Clear your cache" response is getting old. Need to come up with another response if you don't know the reason for a problem lol.

 

if you're being hit, cheat if not glitch.
also, you may be getting shot at but they're doing the shoot cloak shoot cloak trick and your lag makes it hard for you to see that (probably not but has happened to me before)
