    So in global America 1, eic is the strongest company, yet only 1 in top 10?

    The "strongest" company in the ranks is just the one with the most overall top userpoints, the top 10 of each server make up a small proportion of the overall points. So there may be only 1 EIC in top 10 but there will be more higher ranking EIC through the rest of the top users compared to MMO or VRU.
