Kappa 2 lives lost due to disconnection

    I' ve lost 2 lives tonight trying to do my Kappa coz I was disconnected for some reason.And I was not the only one so it was not a problem with my PC or net,they are fine.
    many players from my clan got the same problem and than couldnt log in again.
    Now I'm afraid to to try to finish the gate coz if i get the same problem i will lose it.

    Please some help or compensation

    If you lose your last life then you can contact support to ask them to reset the gate providing you haven't had a gate reset in the last 30 days and contact them straight away then they should reset it for you.

    Thank you whoeva for your assistance with this.

    As mentioned by whoeva, if you loose your last life you can contact Support to request a gate reset. You can get one gate reset per 30 days.

    Is there anything further or may we close?
