    i sended a inquiry to support about a situation, does the reply go to my email ?

    You should get an automated reply basically just acknowledging that they have received the email in their system (and then the support reply will come later). So if you haven't received the automated reply within a couple hours then it be going to a different email.

    However as Loyalty says, the email it goes to is the email that the account is on.

    As LoyaltyAbovealllaws said, it goes to the email you registered with. If you didn't use the support link directly from your account, then whatever email you put in the Support form, it will go to that.

    Thanks to all those that replied.

    When contacting Support, wait for the automated reply. Now when checking your email that is registered to the Account, you might need to check your spam folders as well, as they could end up there.

    Is there anything further we can assist you with?

    There was a problem in hangar that went wrong, i switch the wrong ships with allocate and was wondering if there is anything support can do. So i send a inquiry and i didn't get no replies. Maybe i am doing something wrong.
