Game's broke...

Hi again, i think the games broke...Back page is taking an awfully long time to load - to the point where you receive the 'time out message'. This is mostly common , when logging into your account.
Client also takes its time to even start the 'loading' bar up...'
And don't even get me started on switching pages, on back page -.-

So yeah, that's it really...it's kind of pointless waiting around for the whole thing to load up, just for an hour of game play.

-Anyway, could someone kindly look into this.

I'm having this problem too mate..and some other problems Hangar crashes and is telling me to reload, same on Galaxy Gates, i can't see any skip video..

ya no doubt this is becoming annoying
i have primium and everyday that this kinda trouble goes on i lose money what is being done to fix this -spacerider-

 

It has taken me several times just to successfully get into my account, it took awfully long just to close the daily reward pop up after clicking on it. Now that I am in game my chat wont even load, I have sat in game for about 20 minutes now and still no sign of chat responding, it's just a blank box sitting on my screen.

 

Well i have had this issue over and over for the last few days but i have in fact found a few browsers the have no issues.
EXP - No
FIREFOX- NO
OPERA - YES Works everytime
CHROME- YES Works but with lag issues
PUFFEN - Yes/No
SEAMONKEY- Yes with little lag

 

Same issue here, I'm using firefox and i litrally cant play the game took me about 3 hours to get on the fourms.

 

Almost an hour now and I still have no access to chat, not even any sign of connection error, the chat box is literally just a solid box on screen. Getting real tired of this Bigpoint.

 

Exactly the same it says Attempting to Reconnect... and just repeats it over and over, I hope we get some compensation for this because my boosters have been wasted logging in and out, waiting for chat to load... its getting frustrating. I dont mind it when this happens now and again but its happening all the time!

 

I have even tried changing browsers to see if chat will load on there and still nothing. Either the game is under some sort of maintenance or there is a big patch on the way, regardless there should be some kind of announcement for these sort of issues.

 

I totaly agree with you, all I'm trying to do is play the game :/

Looks to me you need to clean your java. There is a few steps to do this. Also clearing old flash files my help with chat. Right click on game map and select global settings. When the page loads select delete all sites log out go to your control panel select java select delete old java files click ok and close reboot pc and log back in.

 

game still broke not java issue at least not on my machine

 

The chat is a java and flash error the game not loading is a server error

 

Hi, we have asked support about this and they are aware and trying to fix it as we speak. As for the comments about compensation, that would be decided after the fix and therefore not for debate at this point.

We understand the frustration and disruption this is causing and hope that you will employ patience and understanding also until the experts find a solution.
