chat not working

ok my chat has been down for 2 weeks now, I have no bann of any type on my acct from what support says.. I play on east1 usa server.. no usa server will let me chat, but if I go to Europe or any other server that's not usa my chat works.. usa east1 , 2 , 3 or global American no chat.. all others work.. how can 1 chat on 1 server n not the others.. please help. I do not wish to quit but its coming to that...ALPHAWOLF[-6-]

 

Please remember to always post your UID and server. It sounds as tho you have already contacted support about the issue, and I'm afarid theres not really anything we can add.
We have some ongoing issues with chat that are being worked on but thats a fairly recent issue so I doubt it is related.

 

uid is: 93376998 ,server: usa east1 ,user name: ALPHAWOLF[-6-]... Have uninstalled java, and adobe.. reinstalled them both with all updates.. cleared cache n cookies... even went n bought new pc with windows8... is not just me that lost chat.. my bro-in-law, and his son also lost chat at same time considering we all 3 use same pc.. even tried to make other accts and that still don't let me chat.. support says no IP bann or user bann.. any other tips be greatly appreciated... like what progrms to try n shut down ect... ALSO my messaging system is kicking me saying Unknown errors have occurred.. thank you ALPHAWOLF[-6-]

 

My chat has been down for 3 going on 4 days now this is ridiculous, and someone needs to seriously look into this !

Can i ask what issue it is that you are displaying? For example does the chat box display a message, or, is the chat box completely blank?

my chat is completely blank, no global eic clan tabs either.. all it says in chat window is authorization failed. if u look in same issues on chat, im displaying the same thing as sariphim on posts... there is a screenshot of it.. this is what im expiriencing

 

can u fix my chat ? this is my ID: 90915924 and chat text is :System: Authorization failed! ... i really need that chat ty

seriously plz any1 help this is going on more than 2 weeks now with no chat. plz ive done everything I can think of... only thing left is my router or wifi.. could these have anything to do with chat not working?????????

 

USA WEST... the same problem at all my friends! Already the second day.

Chat is trying to connect\reconnect and then got "Authorzation failed" in the end.

If you are experiencing an 'Authorization failed!' message then you will need to contact support. I advise that in your message that you include your User ID and IP Address since this issue is commonly caused by a conflict with your IP address.

Unfortunately for this issue we are not able to assist you from within the forums.
