chat not working

  1. Not sure about Alpha Wolf, but mine says "System: Authorization failed!", and a couple days before that it wouldn't stop trying to connect over and over again. The game is working fine its just the chat isn't working so i'm positive its not my internet connection.

    This message to me indicates there could be a possible IP ban upon your account. Unfortunately i am unable to check from the forum, therefore could you please send a message to support (please include your User ID and IP address), and they should hopefully be able to confirm that this is the issue and fix this for you.

    Hello,

    When you contacted support, did you provide them with the error message that is being displayed for you? If not, it is possible that you may have received a generic reply in response to the recent issues when in fact it could be possible to look precisely at the issue you have.

    Therefore, i would still advise that you reply to support stating that you are experiencing "System: Authorization failed!", and provide your IP address along with that. For all users i have assisted in the past with this same issue, they found that there was an conflict caused by their IP address which support should be able to fix.

    -Willows-: I am sorry that you are also experiencing this same issue. May i ask for your patience and understanding since due to the recent issues within the game, support are currently very busy with tickets which may lead to a longer response time than usual. However your ticket will be responded to and i hope at that point that support can find the solution to your issue.
