Mini map

Can anyone tell me if they been have problems with their mini map please? In some certain maps (especially 4-2) i click on the minimap to move my ship but it doesn't work. My ship will only move if i click on my main screen. Anyone else?

 

Sometimes, mini maps do freeze.
Just hit the icon to put away the minimap, then open it again. It should work like normal ^^

MeMeMe, As stated above, sometimes closing/re-opening the minimap can resolve the issue. Have you tried a different browser to see if the issue is persistent across browsers?

Don't get me started lolz ....YES the mini map is Glitched.....7 plus months and counting on this glitch ...don't hold your breath waiting for a fix, or Dark Orbit will surely let you turn blue and die.

There is a work around at least...you must click the "+" or the "-" tab on the mini map, this will allow you to click on it again to move, and the j button for port jumping will work again.

 

its happens to me when have enmy shooting me carnt move when click on mini map its takein the p know carnt get away when u need to cus mini map but ta 4 the tip :}

 

Happens all the time, but the thing is that it happens when same ships (players) appear on map, and it's always when those same ships appear. Closing and reopening mini map doesn't help, only reloging into the game.

 

Dommek,your issue is different than the OP's. Sorry to hear you found another glitch, although what you're sugesting is not a glitch at all, but someone using some kind of external cheat to mess with the game.... As I said, clicking on the plus or minus tab on the mini map does work for this particular glitch, also it doesn't matter who's attacking you, anyone can trigger it.

 

We are aware of an issue with the minimaps and have reported it. We have the issue as only occurring if fired on when trying to jump in the bmaps or is it happening in company and pirate maps as well?

 

I only tested on B maps....so not sure about pirates etc.. I was assuming only B maps, as you can't jump when being damaged, and I thought that this was the root of the issue somehow. Not that I've tested every map, but I can say I have never had this happen anywhere other than battle maps, so quite a few different maps, including 5-3, and uppers and lowers.
