Accepting and Declining feedback

When a member of a clan accepts or declines a users application to the clan, I think there should be an option to say why

There have been many times where I see brilliant applications to my clan but because I can never catch the user on chat, I haven't been able to communicate with them after declining their apps wit my own valid reason...

It could be sent as d.o mail regarding to their application there and then as you or the leader makes the decision.
Yes you can copy and paste the user's name, add them to contacts, then email them why you made your decision but how inconvenient is that?

What you guys think?

 

Well, you could just send them a mail, no need to add to contacts but yes, the ability to give direct feedback when declining would be easier. There are so many things that need to be improved with the entire clan system, one of them being that you can type in a reason for sending a war but the clan you send it to will never be able to read it. That's complete fail imo and results in a lot of wasted time trying to find out why it was sent.

Back on topic, yes I agree with this idea.

It is DO so a complete fail does make sense lol, but to be serious its just pointless and definitely needs a revamp.

 

Wouldn't it be just as simple to send that person a message in game? i'm just asking what the real need for an actual feedback system is in this situation?

 

It was already pointed out that they might not have chat or have chat up or be on.

 

Whether they are on at the moment or not. There is already an in-game way to someone a message correct? So why add something else that for all intents and purposes does the exact same thing? Maybe i am not getting what i being said; but it sounds to me like an in-game messaging system is being called for and there is already an in-game messaging system.True you have to put a little effort into. It is not just a function of accepting or declining a clan app. It however can be done

Because the player may not be online at the same time and also may have mails turned off so it's not possible to get in touch with them through the mail system.
