    (This idea would require a bit of heavy programming)

    Holiday Gift Exchange

    Tis the Season to spread joy and the only time in which you can actually give someone something from your ship.

    1. - Go to the menu option marked Gift Exchange.
    2. - Enter the player's exact ship name.
    3. - Select the equipment, uridium or credit you wish to gift to the player.
    4. - Complete by clicking GIVE at the bottom.

    Remember, you may only gift 1 item to 1 player so choose wisely. This selection cannot be revoked. Uridium is limited to 10,000 and Credits are limited to 1M, max.

    Nice idea G-R-U-M-P-Y ... I would leave the Uri option (as Uri is the domain of DO) but items and maybe credit I agree... can't see it happening this Xmas tho :)... try 2017 ;)...

    A 1 time gifting of 10K uri from one player to another will not break the bank. But as always, it's up to them.

    Great idea +1 for me ^^ but im not sure everyone plays D.O. On Christmas Eve or Christmas

    It could run through the same time as the Winter event or the final week of it. Running it through the whole event would give more players the ability to participate.

    this is following my general idea... but I believe the 'Cold Event' Missions and gates will be available until the end of the month (http://www.bigpoint.com/darkorbit/board/threads/the-cold-wave-faq.97132/)... still a tall order to sort the Gift Exchange idea (programmin-wise), unless its already in the pipeline.. :p
